Twenty-Nine State-Owned Properties Throughout Serbia up for Sale – Ralja Complex Most Expensive at EUR 746,000

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has put 29 pieces of state-owned real estate throughout Serbia up for sale.

The offer includes properties in Belgrade, Sokobanja, Presevo, Gornji Milanovac, Pozarevac, Nis, Negotin, Arilje, Pirot, Paracin, Kragujevac…

The complex in Ralja, where several production and utility buildings on over 10,000 m2 and nearly 5 hectares of land are being sold, has the highest initial price at EUR 746,000. The lowest prices are for the family residential buildings in Bajmok and Pirot.

The opening of the bids is scheduled for March 29, 2021.
