Delta Real Estate has secured the resources and the technical documentation for the construction of the business complex Delta Center in New Belgrade, within which Hotel InterContinental Beograd, of 26,000 m2, will be located, and the same area will be taken up by high-class office space. The investment was announced by the senior vice president for strategy and development of Delta Holding, Marija Desivojevic Cvetkovic. The Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction of the City Administration of Belgrade has recently put the draft detailed regulation plan of this area up for public review. The plan envisages the construction of this complex – a business tower and a hotel.

Building permits are now being waited for, and as the company told our portal, they are ready to open the construction site and begin the works within two weeks of the issuing of the permit. They plan to invest EUR 130 million in the construction of the complex.

The business center will entail an exclusive shopping zone and restaurants, as well as a large underground parking lot.

– The entire business complex will have a modern look and be a unique green business oasis, because Delta Real Estate invests a lot in the highest ecological standards of all projects it works on – the company says for eKapija.

The project of Delta Center is prepared by the London office of the famous Gensler studio.

– It is a studio that has specialized in projects within which several purposes and features are intertwined. Some of the projects we have worked on are the office building of the Facebook central in London, Hotel Ritz Carlton in Dubai and many others. We expect this project to give Belgrade a new, innovative, world-class look – Delta says.
