Pejak Handel plans construction of two business-residential facilities in Banja Koviljača

(business-residential complex Senior)

Pejak Handel from Banja Koviljača plans construction of old age care home Senior and villa Marijana and Milan in that famous spa resort.

Major part of business-residential complex Senior will be adapted to the needs of the old aged. Elaboration of the main project and preparation of the necessary documentation are in progress. The commencement of construction is scheduled for spring 2010.

The preliminary project has been elaborated by building company Euroimpex from Loznica.

Villa Marijana and Milan will be built in the east section of the lot, that is, next to the street that goes from the center towards the bank of the Drina river. In that way, it will be situated in front of future complex Senior.

Since the project is in its final phase when the required documentation is being collected, the works are planned to commence this spring. Conceived as a residential-business facility 58 meters long, the Marijana and Milan villa will have the surface of 4,000 square meters.

The villa will comprise two separate parts with built-in elevators, while the preliminary solution for this facility has been designed by Loznica-based Euroimpex.
