Location Near SRC Ada Ciganlija Available to Investors?

A construction site might soon be set up on a parcel in Radnicka Street, next to the Sports and Recreation Center (SRC) Ada Ciganlija.

According to the website of the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, the complex of over 55,000 m2 is being prepared for investors, and the future purpose are commercial zones and city centers.

The gross building area is 66,177 m2, and the number of floors allowed is six (including a ground floor and a loft). The parcel is located in close proximity to the hippodrome and the cultural-historical and tourist area of Topcider.

Among the locations that are also being prepared for investors is a parcel along Lipovacki Put Street in Barajevo, with a residential-office purpose.

There's also a parcel in Block 41a in New Belgrade, where residential facilities are not allowed and which is meant for commercial features, as said.
