Serbia Offers 32 Pieces of Real Estate – Bids to be Submitted by May 12
The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia (RDI) has put 32 state-owned pieces of real estate in several town and municipalities in Serbia up for sale.
The most expensive property, offered at the price of EUR 2.5 million, is located in Mihaila Mike Jankovica Street in the Belgrade municipality of Savski Venac. In addition to a 372-m2 facility, it also includes 2,164 m2 of land.
Several properties comprising a whole in the municipality of Sopot are offered at the initial price of EUR 482,000.
Properties in the municipalities of Presevo, Sokobanja, Gornji Milanovac, Lebane, Negotin, Razanj, Arilje, Paracin, Loznica, Kikinda, Smederevska Palanka, Bajmok and the cities of Belgrade, Nis, Zrenjanin, Pozarevac, Leskovac and Pirot, have also bee put up for sale.
Written bids may be submitted by May 12, and the opening is scheduled for May 14.
The procedure will be considered valid if at least one complete bid is made within the deadline, the ad says.
