Chamber of Commerce of Serbia selling real estate in five cities
The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia has put real estate in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Sremska Mitrovica, Pancevo and Pozarevac up for sale.
The office space in Decanska Street in Belgrade, with 1003.10 m2, is offered at the price of RSD 221,699,634.919, whereas the initial price of the 80-m2 office space in Hadzi Ruvimova Street is RSD 18,114,800.
The initial price of the office space in Sredacka Street, with 422 m2, is RSD 86,317,805.
The real estate in Pozarevac is located in the Varosko Brdo neighborhood and in Veljka Dugosevica Street. In Sremska Mitrovica, the property is located in Kralja Petra I Street, and the property offered in Pancevo is part of the real estate in Zmaj Jovina Street.
The sale is to be carried out through the sending of closed written bids, and the bid submission deadline is February 29, 2020.
