Apartment-houses LEDNICI on Stara Planina

After several years of harmonizing the authorities of certain institutions and a variety of problems of technical nature, location requirements have finally been obtained from the Ministry of Construction for the LEDNICI apartment-houses in Jabucko Ravniste on Stara Planina.

The first phase entails the construction of six apartment-houses, each with 10 apartments, whereas the second phase entails the construction of another apartment-house, a restaurant and a spa center with a children’s playroom. The project is located within the Detailed Regulation Plan of the second phase and its realization would increase the accommodation capacities in line with the planning documents and in compliance with all the environmental protection norms. The complex is 550 meters away from the existing gondola, and another two ski-lifts with the accompanying ski tracks should be built 250 meters away.

Three types of apartment will be built: 24 apartments of 20 m2, 24 of 28 m2 (each with a bedroom) and another 12 of 31 m2 (with a bedroom and a balcony). Each apartment comes with a parking space and a ski equipment facility. All apartments will be available on the market.
