The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has put state-owned real estate up for sale through the method of collection of written bids.
As said, the subject of the sale are four office spaces and two apartments in Ruzveltova Street in Belgrade. The property is sold as seen, with no right of subsequent complaint.
The total initial price is EUR 394,310.16. The final sales and purchase price of the property will be determined upon the completion of the process of collection of written bids.
Eligible tenderers are all natural and legal persons which meet the requirements. The bid submission deadline is October 10, at 3.30 pm. The public opening will be carried out by the appointed commission a day later, on October 11.
