Recreatours AD from Belgrade has opened a public invitation for non-binding bids for the purchase or real estate in several places in Serbia.
As said in the text of the tender, the subject of the sale are the Srebrno Jezero resort in Veliko Gradiste, whose initial price is EUR 500,000, hotel Olga Dedijer on Kopaonik, at the initial price of EUR 2.5 million, the Radoinja resort in the eponymous village, at the initial price of EUR 62,000, whereas the initial price for the residential building in Apatin is EUR 20,000.
The deadline for the submission of bids is 15 days from the opening of the public invitation.
