50% discount for those who pay for construction site on a one-time basis

Aldermen of Belgrade Municipality Assembly adopted yesterday (22/06/2009) a Decision on Amendment to the Decision on criteria and measures for defining a construction site, at a yesterday meeting.

As it was stated in the exposition of the Decision, reason for its adoption was to moderate negative effects of the World Crisis on the Program of rearranging and leasing construction sites for 2009. It is estimated that if the right to use 50% discount for pay on a one-time basis was given (as opposed to the existing 30%), investors would be additionally motivated to sign agreements and pay for rearrangement of construction sites.

More efficient payment system would be provided that way, resources for investment realization of the program would be provided. Liquidity of city budget and budget of Belgrade Direction for construction sites and construction would also be preserved.
