'Delta-Zekstra' is undertaking Department Store 'Boska' - buying and selling attested by the representatives of the Serb Republic in Banjaluka

Yesterday (16/6/2009), the representatives of the Serb Republic and the consortium `Delta-Zekstra` established at the consortium, that all the conditions necessary for assignment of shares in the publicly owned department store `Boska` were fulfilled.

The record of fulfillment of all clauses of stipulation in the Agreement of selling publicly owned shares in the department store `Boska` was signed by the Minister of Trade and Tourism in the Serb Republic, Predrag Gluhaković and mandatory of the consortium, Predrag Filipović.

- In the following period, the buyer will perform all necessary activities in order to come into possession of the department store `Boska` Banjaluka, and thus he will appoint a general meeting of share-holders and form managing bodies in the company, according to existing regulations- as it was stated in the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of the Serb Republic.
