Consortium "Delta-Zekstra" paid money for Boska

- Belgrade-based consortium "Delta-Zekstra" paid 3m EUR yesterday (May 26, 2009) for 58% of state-owned capital in Department store "Boska" in Banja Luka - the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of Republic of Srpska confirmed to "Politika".

In addition to these 3m EUR, the consortium is also bound by the contract on takeover of "Boska" to return all of its debts, amounting to 13m KM (6.6m EUR), the largest of which is the one of 5m KM to the Tax Administration of Republic of Srpska.
