Consortium "Delta-Zekstra" must pay money for "Boska" prior to May 28, 2009

The Prime Minister of Republic of Srpska (RS) and the representatives of Belgrade-based consortium "Delta-Zekstra" signed the annex to the contract on takeover of department store "Boska" today (May 21, 2009), which anticipates that the money must be paid within seven days - the Government of RS announced.

The Government of RS gave its consent for the annex to the contract on sale of department store "Boska" to Belgrade-based consortium "Delta-Zekstra" on May 14th, which changed the deadline for payment of the purchase price.

On that occasion, people from the Government announced that, according to the annex to the contract, the buyer was obliged to pay 3m EUR for procurement of state-owned capital in "Boska" within seven days from the day the annex was signed.

By signing that annex, the Government of RS promised to "provide legal assistance and take part in the procedures for legal resolving of mutual relations with co-owners of Boska through its authorized institutions".
