Velefarm AD Holding in bankruptcy has advertised the sale of the property complex in Vrnjacka Banja. This is the second attempt at a sale.
The offer includes the residential-office building Vila Gavric of 304 m2, the land of 7 ares and 56 sqm and the furniture and the equipment in the facility. The initial value of the facilities being sold has been estimated at around RSD 50 million.
All legal and natural persons that meet the requirements are eligible, and the bid submission deadline is January 10, 2019. The sales procedure will be carried out through public bidding, to be held on January 17, 2019.
