Mock-up room formed in Hotel PUTNIK in New Belgrade

Hotel PUTNIK in New Belgrade is in the process of full reconstruction and, once the refurbishment is done, which is expected in the third quarter of year 2009, the hotel will have 84 rooms and 13 suites with central air-conditioning system, cable TV, Internet in every room, conference hall with 200 seats, business center and up-to-date equipment, restaurant for 300 guests, fitness center with swimming pool, gym, aerobic room and spa center.

We have recently “virtually” walked through the future, public premises of the Hotel. Today we represent the mock-up room!

By the way, do you know what “mock-up room” is?

We in eKapija did not know either, but we have just found out. When you want to present the looks of the future facility to future investors, business partners or potential buyers, you do your best to have one minor part of the facility finished to the tiniest detail and equipped with all the necessary equipment. Then you use it for presentations.
