Trade center "TQ City" in Inđija to open in autumn 2009
Modern trade center in Inđija, "TQ City", will open its doors to consumers in autumn 2009, so that the focus will be moved from construction to rental of this office space. That is why Serbia-based office of "Colliers International", the exclusive lease agent, is working intensively on finalization of negotiations with the remaining tenants.
Trade center "TQ City", which is a part of the namesake residential and business complex, covers the gross lease area of 8,100 square meters. It is situated in the pedestrian zone, in the city core. Excellent location, luxurious interior, fashion brands and exclusive coffee shops will make TQ City the center of all events in the city of Inđija, which has become the synonym of business expansion in both Serbia and the region lately. In addition to various stores, this trade center will also offer good entertainment to the visitors. The negotiations with few more important fashion brands, a famous furniture showroom and household appliances stores are still underway, and they are expected to be finished within the next two months.

On that occasion, Jelena Jevremović, the Manager of Retail Consulting Department in company "Colliers International", said: "The rental of office space within the trade center in Inđija goes as expected. The contracts have already been signed with certain local and foreign brands, and we expect the remaining tenants to be defined prior to June 2009 at the latest. Opening of the center is still in accordance with the construction and rental plans, and it is expected in September 2009."
Jovica Jakovac, the Director General of "Colliers International", said that the people in the company were very satisfied with the fact that they were part of the project outside Belgrade, of which quality of tenants was not going to make it any different from the projects in Belgrade. “We have established an excellent cooperation with the investor, and we are sure that this is going to be the third strongest shopping center in Serbia – right after Delta City and Ušće", he concluded.
