"Delta" sells facilities of former "C market", but keeps investing in Bosnia and Herzegovina
The sale of 69 facilities within "Delta" holding, which are integral parts of the retail network of former "C market", has nothing to do with the company’s investments in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republic of Srpska (RS) – said Branislava Milun, the Executive Marketing Director in "Delta".
She told Banjaluka’s "Glas Srpske" that "Delta" would stick to the earlier announced investment plans and invest 200m EUR in Bosnia and Herzegovina within the next four years.
Ms. Milun said that the sale of facilities was in the pipeline and that all of them were “dilapidated buildings that are not in function any more”, the kind “Delta” did not need any more.
Belgrade’s consortium "Delta-Zekstra" signed the contract on procurement of Department store "Boska" for 3m EUR in October 2008, but that money has not been paid yet.
The Government of RS has recently extended the deadline for payment of funds for procurement of 58% of state-owned capital in “Boska” for the third time.
The representatives of the Government and “Delta-Zekstra” should have a meeting tomorrow in Banjaluka where they should discuss the problem of procurement of the most attractive office space in the Department store from private owners.
