"Ušće Shopping Center" opens on March 31st
"J.Lo", "Salsa", "Glow", "Roy Robson", "Koton", "Lolipops", "Atartivo", "Marela", "Guess Jeans", "Prenatal", "Brown jeans" , "Stiefelkonig" are only some of the innovations in Serbian market that will be introduced by "Ušće Shopping Center", of which opening has been scheduled for March 31st, at 8 AM. Large number of workers who have been completing the final preparations over the last few days will make sure that everything goes as planned.
The area around the building is swarming with people, and the workers are using machines to organize the approach area that will look like a city square. Similar picture can also be seen inside the building. Painters are finishing painting works, shop assistants are unpacking and arranging the goods, shelves are being carried into the stores, windows are being washed, and there are also those who have already finished all the preparations and impatiently wait for the first customers.
The building of "Ušće shopping center” is divided into several levels. Two levels are under the ground, and one of them is turned into a garage space, while the other, so-called “minus two” level, is divided into a parking lot and "Idea" supermarket at 4,000 square meters.
The shopping center occupies four levels and that is where 150 stores, 8 restaurants, 6 coffee shops, a playground for kids and a cineplex with 11 cinema halls will be situated. The first three levels will be intended for shopping and entertainment, while the fourth is reserved for offices. There are three pedestrian entrances to the center: one from Nikole Tesle Boulevard, one from Mihaila Pupina Boulevard, and one on the side of the shopping center that faces the confluence of the Sava and the Danube.
All shoppers will be happy to hear that there is almost no brand that has not reserved its place in this center. The boutiques of the two of the brands, "Zara" and ”NewYorker”, will be situated on two floors, and there will also be the stores of "Bershka" "Stradivarius", "Springfild", "Mango", "Cortefiel", "Women’s secret", "Benetton", "Nike", "Adidas", "Aldo", "Office shoes", "Fratelli Rossetti", "Okaidi"..., as well as several computer shops and stores with household appliances. In addition, "Converse" will have its premiere as a monobrand, "Bata" will open its first superstore at 700 square meters, "Timberland" will present its "market place" concept for the first time...
As far as innovations in the market are concerned, store "XYZ" will introduce the concept of premium trademarks "Armani jeans", "Just Cavalli", "Cerruti" "D&G", "Versace", "Exte", "Burberry", "Joop" and "Boss". There is also a famous brand of singer Jennifer Lopez - "J.Lo", as well as Greek clothing brands "Glou" and "Atrativo", Turkish "Koton", Italian "Mirela", German men’s suits "Roy Robson", Portuguese jeans "Salsa", French bags "Lolipos", and Italian brand "Prenatal", which is intended for pregnant women and kids under 14. When it comes to footwear, the new brands in the market are Austrian "Stiefelkong" and American "Brown shoes". The prices of shoes in "Stiefelkong" will range between 50 and 200 EUR, while the bags will cost between 30 and 150 EUR.
On the first working day, when numerous surprises and discounts are being prepared for the customers, "Ušće Shopping Center" will be opened between 8 AM and 10 PM. Every other day, the center will be opened between 10 AM and 10 PM.
Pasta to be prepared by both cooks and guests
The first “Vapiano” self-service restaurant in Serbia will be situated on two floors in "Ušće Shopping Center". The guests and cooks will be able to prepare pasta together, the dough for which will be made in the restaurant. By the way, "Vapiano" restaurants are present in the USA, Dubai, Rhiade, Munich, Vienna... and they won the title of the hit concept of the year 2008.
