State-owned real estate up for sale

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has put out an ad for the alienation of publicly owned real estate, carried out through written bid collection

The subject of the alienation is the publicly owned real estate of the Republic of Serbia based on The Register of Publicly Owned Real Estate available on the website of The Property Directorate. The properties will be sold at the price of the best bid received during the written bid collection.

The facilities up for sale are located in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Pozarevac , Gornji Milanovac, Leskovac...

Interested parties who buy the bidding documentation may view the property until September 13, 2018, two days before the deposit payment deadline.

Sealed bids are sent to the offices of The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia, Kralja Milana Street 16, Belgrade, until September 18, 2018 whereas the public opening of bids by the bidding commission takes place at the same address on September 20 at 11 am.
