Trade center in Subotica, project of company GTC, presented at real estate trade fair in Cannes

At recently finished real estate trade fair MAPIC, which was organized in Cannes for the 14th time, company "GTC Srbija" represented its new project – "Avenue Mall" Subotica.

The preliminary project was elaborated by company "Moshe T Zur Architects" from Tel Aviv. The project anticipates development of three overground floors with retail and entertainment space, indoor garages on two underground floors with 520 parking places, and the completion of construction is expected at the end of year 2010.

- This will be the largest and the most modern "shopping" center in Vojvodina and the first shopping mall in Subotica – 30 km away from Hungarian border, 18 km away from highway E 75. We are of the opinion that "GTC" trade center represents an investment of regional importance - said Ines Radović, the Sales and Marketing Manager in company "GTC Serbia", on the occasion of presentation of the project.
