Company "Pejak-Handel" to have complex with two business-residential facilities, sports-recreation and gerontology center built in spa resort Banja Koviljača

In Banja Koviljača’s center, at the former location of company "Novi Dom", the new owner of that company, company "PEJAK Branko", plans to have a complex with two business-residential facilities, sports-recreation and gerontology center built at 5.5 ha.

- The first business-residential building with 17 garages was finished in August 2008 and the market was offered 20 suites and about 320 square meters of office space. The second facility at about 2,440 square meters, with 49 suites at 25 - 70 square meters and 2 outlets, is currently under construction – says Branko Pejak, the President of the Administrative Board of company "Pejak-Handel", adding that the works will be completed at the end of summer 2009.

He said that the project for development of the second business-residential building had been elaborated by "BG Projekt Studio", while the contractor was "Grading MM".

As Pejak explained to the editors of eKapija, the properties are for sale, and the future facility, just like the first one, is designed, conceived and equipped better than it is usual for this region. The buildings will have luxurious elevators (for 8 persons), gas-powered central heating system, their own boiler room, air conditioning system, security entrance door, windows with pre-chamber PVC profiles, blinds, mosquito nets…

People from the company also say that the garages, of which useful surface is about 15 square meters, are made of the first-class material. The walls are made of siporex, while HÖRMANN doors are imported from Germany.

Branko Pejak says that the adaptation of four halls at total surface of 4,000 square meters has commenced and that they will be used for organization of sports activities and exhibitions... The value of this investment is about 550,000 EUR and the completion of works is expected at the beginning of summer 2009.

In addition to aforementioned facilities, "Pejak-Handel" will also have suites, pensions and gerontology center built within the complex. There will also be a new parking lot, garages, green areas, sports fields. The value of total investment is estimated at 10m EUR. Infrastructural works are already underway, while the commencement of development of these facilities is scheduled for year 2009.

The land-utilization project for the entire complex (an excerpt from the plan is enclosed in PDF format) was designed by "Urboplan" Loznica.

According to our collocutor, the dynamics of the future works will mainly depend on how quick municipal organs will react, especially when it comes to issuing of necessary permits.

Company "Pejak-Handel" was founded in August 2007 and it officially started with work on September 3, 2007. The owner of the company is company "PEJAK Branko" from Linz-Austria which was founded in April 1979.

The location was not randomly selected because Banja Koviljača is one of the most beautiful and the most medicinal spa resorts in the Balkans. It is situated in western Serbia and it is known as the spa resort where the members of royal family of Serbia were treated. It lies on the right bank of the Drina river, at the foot of mountain Gučevo (779 meters above the sea), in one of the most beautiful and the largest parks of Serbia, in the vicinity of the border with Republic of Srpska. Its medicinal waters have exceptionally healing effects on human organism.
