Montenegrin Privatization Council accepted decision of tender commission - Zepter to buy Institute "Simo Milošević"
Montenegrin
Privatization Council has accepted the decision of the tender commission to
declare the company owned by Filip Zepter the first-ranked bidder on the tender
for purchase of Institute Simo Milošević.
The bid submitted by Zepter’s company
“Home Art and Sales Services”, with the headquarters in Switzerland, was
estimated to be better than the offer of Austrian "Cristof Group" because the value
of the investment program offered by the Zepter’s company was 17 times bigger.
The Swiss company has offered 20m EUR for 56.48% of state-owned stocks in the Institut for physical medicine, rehabilitaton and rheumatology Dr Simo Milošević and 150m EUR worth of investments within next three years. This company must also prove that it is able to provide quality banking guarantees.
- We are going to negotiate with company "Home art" and, in case of some problem, that is, if they fail to meet the tender terms, the chance will be given to the second-ranked bidder. The guarantees will be the priority - the Tender commission for privatization announced and added that the companies within Zepter's group did not deal with serious medical projects, whereas the health center in Igalo was the most famous institution for spa treatment in the Mediterranean.
