The City Council of Kragujevac adopted a program for the alienation of building land in the public ownership of the city in the location Work Zone Sobovica – Luznice.
The area has slightly over 69 hectares with the main purpose of business activities, defined by the Urban Plan.
The price of expropriation per square meter is RSD 100, and the total initial price is therefore RSD 69,632,100.
As stated in the ad, facilities with up to six floors, halls with up to 30 meters and towers with up to 50 meters in height may be built here.
The public bidding procedure will be carried out on February 6 in the building of the City Administration.
