Location for development of hotel with 250 beds in spa resort Banja Koviljaca offered to investors

The location for development of a hotel in spa resort that used to be a favorite resting place of the royal family of Serbia, Banja Koviljača, has been recently offered to the investors in the country and abroad.

Surface of the offered building lot is 8,343 square meters and, as eKapija learns, the land will be offered for sale on the auction at the starting price of 22,526,100 RSD, while the fee for organization of the city building land will amount to 3,240 RSD per square meter of developed facility.

The Hotel will have ground floor, two floors and attic, while the anticipated accommodation capacity is 250 beds.

Due to special architecture of spa resort Banja Koviljača, the building permit will be issued once the requirements defined by the Institute for Preservation of Cultural Monuments are met and the consent for future preliminary project is given by the main city architect.
