New auction for building of "Inex Interexport" on November 18 – starting price reduced by 480m RSD

Privatization Agency announced yesterday (October 10, 2008) that it would offer the business building of “Inex Interexport” in Belgrade’s downtown for sale on the auction on November 18 at the starting price of 2.72 billion RSD.

That is the second attempt of sale of the building in Kraljice Marije Street. The building has 21 floors and surface of 12,900 square meters. The starting price on this second auction will be 480m RSD lower than on the first auction.

The condition for participation in the auction is the purchase of documentation at the price of 150,000 RSD and the payment of deposit of 1.28 billion RSD minimum five working days before the auction.
In addition to the business building of "Inex Inetrexport" in bankruptcy, a business facility at 190 square meters in Vršac, an apartment at 33.5 square meters in Belgrade and a passenger automobile will also be offered for sale.

Office space at 165 square meters in “Inex’s” building will also be offered for sale on that auction and its starting price amounts to 68.7m RSD. The obligatory deposit amounts to 32.3m RSD.
