Zepter and Krištof submitted bids for Institute "Simo Milošević" in Igalo
Serbian businessman Filip Zepter and Austrian businessman Johan Krištif have submitted the bids for purchase of state-owned 56.48% of stocks of Igalo-based Institute "Dr Simo Milošević".
As the people in the Economy Restructuring Agency said to Beta, the bids that will be opened on October 1st have been submitted by Zepter's Swiss company "Home Art and Sales Services" and Austrian "Cristof group".
The tender documentation for the state-owned share in the famous sanatorium have also been procured by Belgrade-based "MK Group", owned by businessman Miodrag Kostić, Hungarian hotel chain "Danubius" and Greek-Arabian consortium led by company "S Venture One".
The Institute in Igalo ended last business year with the incomes at 600,000 EUR, with the average occupancy rate of 39.4%. Nearly half of the guests were from Montenegro, 12.8% were from Norway, 10% from Serbia, 8.1 from Denmark and 4.7% of guests came from Russia.
