Metalac Gornji Milanovac is planning to raise a 9,176-m2 office-residential facility M in the town.
The tender for the contractors is currently in progress, and interested parties may submit their bids by October 23.
A modern, energy efficient facility will be raised in the center of Gornji Milanovac. Metalac will thereby adapt the exclusive parcel, where 68 apartments and 11 outlets are to be built, to its purpose. The construction begins in late 2017, and the office-residential complex is to be completed in late 2018, the company said.
