Shoppi Retail Park Smederevo to open on October 12

Shoppi Retail Park Smederevo will open on October 12, the organizers announced.

In addition to the entertainment program and lowered priced, visitors will be able to attend performances by popular local musicians on the day of the opening.

Shoppi Retail Park Smederevo takes up over 9,200 square meters, whereas the value of the investment has been estimated at over EUR 8.5 million. It will feature numerous renowned regional and international brands, among which are H&M, New Yorker, Deichmann, LC Waikiki, Sport Vision and many others.

This is another important investment in the portfolio of MPC Properties, in addition to Usce Shopping Center, Usce Tower, Shoppi Retail Park Subotica, Shoppi Retail Park Borca, Immo Outlet Center, Navigator Business Center and many other retail and commercial facilities.

Leasing management and facility management have been put in charge of Confluence Property Management.

The first Shoppi Retail Park opened in Subotica in March 2016, after which the one in Borca opened in October of the same year. In the meantime, Shoppi has positioned itself as a favorite place for family shopping, thanks to its excellent offer of brands at favorable prices.
