The City of Belgrade put up the Depo complex at 142 Kralja Aleksandra Blvd up for sale today at the starting price of EUR 4,078,620.00.

As stated in the ad published in Politika, the subject of the sale are the facilities with the accompanying land with 4,316 m2 of area, and Mayor Sinisa Mali recently reminded that the location allowed for the construction of a residential-office complex.

All natural and legal persons who submit complete applications by October 5 have the right to take part in the public auction, and interested bidders also need to pay the deposit of EUR 407,862.00.

The invitation also notes that the structure 4 within the Depo complex, where the substation supplying the tram contact network with power is located, establishes easement in favor of the City of Belgrade for an indefinite period of time, without a fee, and the obligations of the buyer and the city thereof are to be regulated by contract.

Let us remind that the Depo shopping center burned down in 2014 and that the complex has not been used for any purpose since.
