Russians announced construction of hotel and suite complex in Sijarinska spa

- A married couple from Russia plans to have a four-star hotel and suite complex built in Sijarinska spa resort - Mayor of Medveđa, Slobodan Drašković, announced.

Russians have already bought 0.5 ha of land in the center of Sijarinska spa where they intend to have the hotel built and they also want to buy another 3 ha.

Drašković could not specify the value of the investment because the project documentation has not been finished, but it is for sure that the hotel will have four floors and about 300 beds and that it will be finished in 2 years.

- These will be the first investors from Russia on the territory of the Jablanica region – said Drašković.

According to his words, the arrival of other Russian investors in Sijarinska spa is also expected.

- Our expectations are that several similar facilities will be built in the Municipality, so that the conditions will be created for arrival of guests from abroad – said Drašković.

People in the Municipality of Medvedja expect that the trade sector and folklore handicrafts will be developed, that is, that large number of local population will be employed.

Sijarinska spa resort has the unique natural gayser with hot water in Europe, as well as 18 medicinal springs with mineral water.
