New sale of parcels for construction of shopping center in Jase Tomica Blvd in Novi Sad advertised
People of Novi Sad will have to wait a little longer for the construction of a shopping center on the corner of the Jase Tomica Blvd and the Jove Hranilovica Blvd, due to the failure of the first sale of the building land on which the facility is to be raised
As no one answered the ad, placed this May, for the sale of two construction parcels of 2,382 m2 and 1,740 m2 in this location, the Novi Sad City Administration for Building Land and Investments has placed another ad.
Let us remind that the condition for the construction of a shopping center in this location is the formation of a building parcel of 7,932 m2 in total, from the parcels publicly owned by the City of Novi Sad and privately owned parcels.
As the 021 portal writes, the Subotica-based company SMB Gradnja, whose parcel is located next to the advertised land, was expected to be the most interested in the purchase, which proved false at the first attempt at a sale.
The new public bidding will take place on September 15, and interested parties need to submit their applications and pay the deposit of RSD 17.3 million no later than a day earlier.
The starting price for the expropriation of the building land remains at RSD 86.9 million.
According to the planning documentation, the location is intended for the construction of a shopping center with two floors, and, in addition to its primary purpose as a future office facility-shopping center, it will also allow for service, cultural, hospitality and administrative activities.
