"Delta Real Estate" and "Grep" signed contract on construction of shopping mall in Ljubljana

- Company "Delta Real Estate" and Slovenian company "Grep" signed the contract today in Ljubljana and, according to that contract, Belgrade-based "Delta" will become the largest co-investor in construction of Sports park Stožice - "Delta" announced.

It is estimated in the announcement that "Delta's" entrance to the market of Slovenia is the largest Serbian investment in that country and it is pointed out that the Belgrade-based company promised to invest 242.5m EUR in the facility at 200,000 square meters.

Within the scope of Sports park Stožice, in addition to stadium and sports hall, there will also be "Delta Planet" - a trade center of Serbian company.

The contract on construction of that trade center was signed by the CEO of company "Delta Real Estate", Dejan Racić, and CEOs of "Grep", Uroš Orgnih and Zlatko Sraka.

- The contract with company "Grep" is of great importance for entrance and positioning of "Delta" in Slovenian market. For number of years Slovenia represented a big challenge to us and we are proud of being able to fulfill our wish now. Shopping mall "Delta Planet" in Sports park Stožice is an exceptional project in every sense because it will be better than all existing trade centers in southeast Europe - said Dejan Racić.

According to the plan, Sports park Stožice should be finished in less than 2 years, prior to June 2010.
