Austrian "Supernova" to have trade center worth 45m EUR built in Kragujevac - contract signed on free allotment of location

Austrian company "Supernova" will be building 45m EUR worth of trade center at 60,000 square meters in Kragujevac.

The contract on free allotment of location to company "Supernova", which will be building a trade center in Kragujevac, has been signed by the Mayor of Kragujevac, Veroljub Stevanović, the CEO of the city development company, Slobodan Krunić, and the CEO of the Austrian company, Pol Merdžo.

According to the city info-service, the location is 60,000 square meters big and it is situated in Kragujevac's housing project Stanovo, at the place of the auto-base of public utility company "Vodovod i kanalizacija", which will be moved because the contract on that action was signed earlier.

- We will invest 45m EUR in this project and we will create nearly 300 jobs - Merdžo pointed out and added that it was very important investment to "Supernova". Pointing out that the building lot is only the first step, he expressed hope that all necessary permits would be issued soon, so that the trade center could be opened in Kragujevac as soon as possible.

- This is the second contract we are signing in Serbia and the aim of our company is to open trade centers all over Serbia - said Merdžo and reminded that the first contract had been signed in April in Zrenjanin.

According to the announcement, construction of trade center "Supernova" will begin as soon as the city prepares the building site and all required papers and permits. It is not specified when the construction will start or when it will be finished.

Company "Supernova" is the result of the fusion of companies "M2" from Graz and "MTK-Immobilien“ from Vienna and it deals with development, planning, construction and management of trade center and parks.
