Rajiceva shopping center to open on September 14 – Investment worth EUR 80 million
The Rajiceva shopping center will open on September 14, 2017, in the most prominent street in Belgrade, the Kneza Mihaila Street. The center, which will feature entrances from three streets – Kneza Mihaila, Kralja Petra and Uzun Mirkova Street – will take up 15,300 square meters and contain over 80 outlets.
The architectural design was prepared by Milan and Vladimir Lojanica, and the works have been put in charge of local subcontractors exclusively, says the press release by the Rajiceva shopping center.
The shopping center in the Rajiceva Street is an investment worth EUR 80 million. Together with the luxury hotel adjacent to it, as well as 450 underground parking spaces, it will take up around 60,000 square meters.
The investment has enabled the employment of over 400 people in the construction stage, whereas another 600 hundred will be employed following the opening of the shopping center and the hotel.
The Rajiceva shopping center is being realized by the company ABD, member of the Ashtrom Group, one of the leading construction companies and real estate trade groups in Israel.
