"JUGOSLAVIA" WILL BECOME A PART OF THE EXCLUSIVE HOTEL CHAIN "KEMPINSKI"

The hotel "Jugoslavia" will become a part of the exclusive hotel chain "Kempinski", that will take over the management with this object from the hotel company "Alpe Adria". "Kempinski" is planning to open de luxury five stars hotel in 2011, after the total reconstruction of the existing building.

According the preliminary design of the American Architectural Firm "Adrian Smith Gordon Gil" the new hotel will have 280 rooms, several restarurants, "wellness" and de luxury shops.

The complex will have also the business area of 1.500 sqm for meetings and undergroud parking. Existing "Grand Casino" will stay within the hotel, and after the opening of the hotel, in the next construction phase there will be built the residential apartments. The design of the hotel will be "modern with innovative elements" implemented, and the buidling will be surrounded by the park with fountains.

Reconstructed hotel "Jugoslavia" will be intended for business people, but also for classical tourists, that prefers urban holiday.

The hotel will probably stay in the ownership of the company "Alpe Adria" Hotels.
