The EU Delegation in Serbia is looking for new business premises with around 3,700 m2 of area in New Belgrade, the city's center or in Dedinje or Senjak.
As stated in the ad, the business premises need to feature offices for 115 employees, 2 to 4 meeting halls, a conference hall for 40 people, archive rooms, storage rooms, a dining room, a kitchen and toilet facilities. The premises should also have an entrance hall, a reception desk and an interior staircase.
Furthermore, there should be 44 parking spaces around the premises.
The bids are to be submitted by July 31, 2017, at 3 p.m, to the EU Delegation in Serbia, and the premises should be ready to use by March 15, 2018, at the latest.
