Greek 14m EUR worth of investment in Vračar – residential-business complex in the South Boulevard zone with great innovations in Belgrade’s offer
The value of the portfolio of Greek development company “LAMDA Development“ is 700m EUR. Being the most successful Greek development company , “LAMDA“ is gaining in importance in the countries of the region, as well as in Serbia wherein it plans to invest over 200m EUR in a relatively short time !
As explained by Zisimos Danilatos, International Development Director in “LAMDA Development“, construction of a residential-business complex worth 14m EUR will start in one month on the slopes of the South Boulevard in Belgrade. The complex will have an above ground build area of 10,000 square meters and will include 96 apartments, 1,400 square meters of office space (facing the South Boulevard), as well as underground garages.

According to the
words of Mr. Danilatos, all buyers will purchase quality apartments that Belgrade
has never seen at the average market price for that part of Vračar.
- The apartments will be of “medium and larger“ size. What is for certain is that we are not going to put 3 bedrooms and a living room in a 60-square meter apartment, but they will be known for their comfort and modern architecture – Mr. Danilatos points out.
