Tourist complex "Zlatna obala" in Sutomore on public auction on July 31st - starting price is 31m EUR

Tourist complex "Zlatna obala" in Sutomore, the property of "Inex hoteli", will be sold on the public auction on July 31st, and starting price for about 14,000 square meters of space is 31m EUR.

Privatization Agency has announced that the facilities owned by "Fond Inex-Interexport" and equipment of "Intex hoteli" will be sold.

Deadline for submission of applications is July 25, and that is also the deadline for submission of banking guarantee or deposit worth 6m EUR.

The new owner of this famous complex, which is situated on Ratac peninsula, between Bar and Sutomore, will have to take over the obligation to hire 60 people and accept minimum social program.

Experts in field of tourism estimate that the interest will be great because "Zlatna obala" has the advantage because of completely organized infrastructure.

"Zlatna obala" has three stars.
