Military-medical center "Meljine" sold for 120m EUR

Representatives of the Government of Montenegro and the consortium led by Invest banka Montenegro have signed the contract on sale and investing in Military-Medical center "Meljine". According to the contract, the new owner should first invest about 120m EUR in that complex and then another 100m EUR within next five years.

Minister of Finance, Igor Lukšić, said that Military-medical center "Meljine" would have new medical and tourist contents, as well as an exclusive hotel, and he added that the invetor, "Atlas grupa", had promised to keep all workers within next few years and that their average gross salary would be about 850 EUR.
