Building of "Inex interexport" in Belgrade for sale - starting price amounts to about 40m EUR

Business building of "Inex interexport" in the Belgrade City will be offered for sale on the auction on September 23 at starting price of 3.2 billion RSD (about 40m EUR).

According to the announcement of the Privatization Agency, the building that will be offered for sale has 21 floors and surface of 12,900 square meters.

The condition for participation in the auction is the purchased documentation whose price is 150,000 RSD and paid deposit in amount of 1.28 billion RSD five working days before the auction.

In addition to the business building of "Inex inetrexport" in bankruptcy, business facility at 190 square meters in Vršac, apartment at 33.5 square meters in Belgrade and a passenger automobile are also for sale.

Office space at 165 square meters in Inex's building will also be offered for sale on that auction, and the starting price for that facility is 80.8m RSD.
