New rules for investors in Zlatibor – Penalties for “lack” of parking space

Investors looking to build in Zlatibor are now subject to new rules on parking spaces in front of facilities.

Members of the Municipal Assembly of Cajetina have adopted an amendment to the decision on defining the fee for developing building land, according to which an investor obliges to provide a minimum of 80% of the prescribed number of parking or garage spaces.

Furthermore, failure to comply with this will cost investors RSD 500,000 per parking space, the website of the Municipality of Cajetina reports.
