Zrenjanin selling building land – Construction of industrial facilities, shopping malls, residential buildings possible

The City of Zrenjanin has put undeveloped building land owned by the city up for sale.

The offer includes building land in the working zone in the Southeast I location, which allows for the construction of production facilities, electricity production facilities, various types of storage facilities, small business facilities, commerce facilities, exhibition and sales salons, cargo terminals, facilities for crafts, business features, services, storage space and accompanying features, road vehicle fuel stations.

Furthermore, the items include building land in the Bagljas-Aerodrom working zone location, in the Plinara working zone and the Northwest-Elemir I working zone, meant for the construction of industrial production facilities, small business, commerce, hospitality facilities, shopping malls...

Also offered are two pieces of land in the business complex in the Uros Predic location, one of which allows for the construction of a facility for production of electricity and/or heating from renewable energy sources (RES), whereas the other is meant for housing and allows for the construction of residential facilities, commercial facilities, combined facilities in which more than 50% is meant for commercial activities, combined facilities in which more than 50% is meant for residential activities and public facilities.

The land in the Baranjska location is also meant for housing.
