Colliers International found great office space for Bayer, Heineken, ASUS and Canon brands - in New Belgrade

Colliers International, as a leading real estate company on the Serbian market, has recorded new achievements in the last few weeks. In April and May, Commercial Brokerage Services Department found, appropriate office space for several distinguished companies.
Namely, Colliers Serbia successfully settled pharmaceutics giant Bayer in 1500m2 of class A office space in the reputable Airport City complex. Bayer will conduct all its operations throughout Serbia and the region from these headquarters.
Airport City Belgrade will also be a starting base for all the business operations of the Heineken Company. Having taken over one of the renowned beer manufacturers, MB brewery and named the new company Breurei MB, Heineken has settled their new Serbian office in Airport City. It is a 630 m2 Class A office space.

Bosko Tomasevic, a real estate consultant at Colliers International who completed both transactions, said: I am particularly satisfied for having the opportunity to cooperate with two world-renowned brands such as Bayer and Heineken. These are companies that know how to appreciate all the advantages of a supreme office space offered by Airport City. I am sure that other German and Dutch companies will follow their example.
During May, there were a lot of completed transactions with electronics manufacturers. Colliers Serbia has settled the renowned manufacturer of computer main boards, ASUS, in Vorex office building in New Belgrade. The company leased 250m2 of office space in order to conduct all the operations in the region of Serbia and Albania. Canon settled their representative office in AZZARO building in New Belgrade.

Nikola Djogatovic, a real estate consultant at Colliers International, said: The opening of ASUS and Canon headquarters, who are the leaders in electronic equipment, represents success not only for Colliers International that sourced this office space for them, but for the business map of the capital, as well.
Colliers International does not have the sole intention to find adequate space for potential tenants and thus complete its standard service.
