Parcel for hotel construction offered – Municipality of Cajetina selling building land in Zlatibor

The Municipality of Cajetina has put up building land in Cajetina, Zlatibor, and Mackat up for sale. The offer includes one parcel in Cajetina, two in Mackat and 23 parcels in Zlatibor, one of which is exclusively meant for the construction of a hotel. It has an area of 1,574 m2 and is being sold at the price of RSD 63,747,000.

As stated, the parcels in Mackat are being disposed as undeveloped building land, whereas the future investor obliges to perform certain works on developing the land and contract the infrastructure costs and appropriate connections with the competent companies and pay for them. The rest of the land is being disposed as developed parcels, which means that there are conditions for connecting the facilities to the primary city water and sewer networks, as well as the access road without the asphalt base.

The deadline for developing the land for all locations is 3 years from the date of the signing of the agreement, and interested purchasers may submit their bids by March 28.
