The administrative receiver of Velefarm-VFB Beograd in bankruptcy has put the property of the bankruptcy owner up for sale through public bidding, which is to be held on February 17, 2017.
The offer includes the office building in Ivanjica at the starting price of around RSD 55 million. In addition to the office building in Ivanjica, a cooling plant is being sold at the starting price of around RSD 25.71 million.
The Gavric mansion in Vrnjacka Banja has also been auctioned, and its starting price is slightly under RSD 35 million.
The administrative receiver is also selling the business center in Bijeljina, whose starting price is around RSD 20.131 million.
The documentation can be bought by February 6, 2017.
