Podgorica's "Delta City" to be opened in summer 2008 - "Colliers International" is exclusive leasing agent

- Montenegrin capital will get its "Delta City", which will have its first guests in summer 2008. The complex occupies 24,000 square meters and it is 3 km away from the Podgorica's downtown. The facility will include cineplex, hypermarket, numerous retail facilities, as well as entertainment facilities and food court - "Colliers International", exclusive agency for rental of space in "Delta City" Podgorica, announced .

According to the announcement, the complex will be at service of 200,000 citizens of Podgorica and, together with central and south part of Montenegro, the number of possible customers can reach 450,000.
