Future look of new Belgrade shopping center Ada Mall
Large glass surfaces, tiered balconies rich in greenery, cascading floors and wave-like shapes – these are the characteristics of the new shopping mall in Belgrade, Ada Mall, which will be located opposite from the main entrance to Ada Ciganlija.
As the company GTC, which will invest more then EUR 90 million in this project, announced earlier for our portal, the construction should start by late 2016, and the first customers should be able to visit Ada Mall in the fall of 2018. It is expected that a total number of commercial premises should exceed 100, and certain new brands, so far unavailable in Serbia, will be made available, along with well-known brands. The mall will also contain various restaurants and cafes.
The planned gross leasable area (GLA) will amount to around 33,000 m2, including 3 levels for retail and an entire level dedicated to entertainment, with restaurants and cafes, as well as more open balconies.
