Hall "Zlatibor" sold to Slovenians - five-year bankruptcy in company "Biroelektronik" discontinued

(Zlatibor)

Trade court in Čačak has ended bankruptcy in local company "Biroelektronik", which was introduced five years ago.

The entire property was sold for 256.3m RSD. Almost the entire capital of "Biroelektronika" (95%), of which owner is Miroslav Gazdić from Čačak, was invested in construction of sports hall "Zlatibor" and hotel-suite complex on Kraljeve Vode.

However, under the burden of banking interests, the company entered bankruptcy at the very end of construction and then, on December 23, 2002, it was estimated that the building at 9,500 square meters was worth 430m RSD.

Total of 27 delegations of potential buyers visited the hall and the price was costantly falling.

- The sports center was finally sold on the Internet in 2006 to Slovenian company "Rašica point". On that occasion, the new owner bought the sports field (50x30m), stands, gym, clinic, bar and TV studio, as well as the right on permanent use of the lot of 1.2 ha, for 72m RSD - says bankruptcy manager Danilo Škiljević.

Slovenians hurried to buy other parts of this complex, which became the property of the banks, and they purchased them for 150m RSD.
