"Sustainable spatial development of towns and cities" - Institute of Architecture and Urban and Spatial Planning of Serbia organizes scientific meeting in Belgrade on January 25 and 26

Institute of Architecture and Urban and Spatial Development of Serbia (IAUS) organizes International scientific meeting "Sustainable Spatial Development of Cities and Towns" on January 25 and 26, 2008, in the hall of Civil Engineering Faculty in Belgrade.

Co-organizers of the meeting are Architectural and Civil Engineering Faculty in Belgrade, with the support from the Ministry of Science of Republic of Serbia and ISOCARP (The International Society of City and Regional Planners).

The meeting will gather 108 authors from our country and abroad with 67 works that are printed in 4 publications. In addition to publications, there will also be a CD with all published works.

Special interest of the public should be focused on the works of the authors from abroad and presentation of examples from Washingtong and European metropoles, notably London, Vienna, Barcelona, Glasgow, Venice, as well as works of the authors from the countries in the region (Banjaluka, Zagreb, Ljubljanja).
