The building of Lidl supermarket in Novi Sad begins in the summer of 2016
The building of a Lidl supermarket in Novi Sad is being planned for the summer of 2016, eKapija finds out. The object with 2,700 m2 of surface, on the land plot of 11,500 m2 will be built on the land which was bought by Lidl in the auction organized by the Public Enterprise for City Construction and Development, Novi Sad.
At the end of 2015, Lidl Serbia acquired the building permit for the construction of a supermarket in Vojvode Stepe Blvd. in Novi Sad. All the designs were made by DBA l.l.c. From Novi Sad, while the technical control was done by Tebodin l.l.c. From Belgrade.
Let us remind that, on Wednesday, may 25, the cornerstone was laid for the first Lidl object in Belgrade. On this occasion, it was announced that in 2016, the German retailer would begin building two more supermarket in the capitol of Serbia – in Rakovica and Palilula municipalities.
